A purpose-driven executive, coach, speaker and board director who brings over two decades of experience leading leaders of large teams delivering complex transformations and services in collaboration with partners, including breaking the glass ceiling to the C-Suite as a Chief Information Officer and CEO/Founder. She's led the kind of change she now coaches leaders through, so the guidance is grounded in operating reality, not theory.
She works with entrepreneurs, executives and leaders who want to lead with more energy, ease and impact — finding more meaning in their work, building teams and cultures that perform, and preparing confidently for what's next, whether that's levelling up or stepping out.
